The card brings stability to love situations and can be a symbol of married life. It is also a symbol of be bedroom, so it can imply some nooky. If there has been a breakup, the Four of Hearts promises a reconciliation, and that harmony will prevail over strife.

In material matters, the Four of Hearts speaks of ease and feeling good in the work you are in. It can hint at work meetings, going back to work after a period of unemployment or striking a deal, though deals are more in the province of the Four of Diamonds. But the two cards overlap quite a bit.
